Ingredients
4 pork cutlets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground creole peppercorn mix or seasoning

Directions
Brush both sides of steaks with olive oil and season with ground Creole pepper and salt.

Heat a heavy-based non-stick pan or barbecue over a moderate to high heat. Cook cutlets for about 2–3 mins each side. Turn once or twice during cooking.

Serve with fried onions, mashed potatoes, instant gravy and salad.
