- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 (250g each) Pork loin steaks
- 200g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small bunch Sweet basil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat add pork and cook,
turning once, until browned (2-3 minutes each side).
Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
Place pork loin steaks into a warmed serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.
