Murray Valley Pulled Pork is produced by a gentle sous vide cooking process that takes 18 hours to complete. The result is soft and tender pork in its own rich natural sauce. It just pulls apart with a fork; ideal for creating on-the-go meals.

The product is convenient and simple to use and perfect for busy cafés and food outlets. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare in the microwave. Once warmed, the delicious pulled pork is then ready to be served in a number of variations. Ideal suggestions are in bread rolls or wraps with salad, plated with rice and coleslaw, or as a delicious filling for burgers and sliders.
