Ingredients
500g lean pork mince
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste – or less, to taste
? bunch fresh coriander, chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
8 kebab skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning
Oil for brushing pork balls
Sweet chilli sauce, cucumber

Directions
Mix together pork mince, garlic, spring onions, red curry paste, coriander, fish sauce and cornflour. Divide evenly into 24 and roll into balls. Thread 3 balls per skewer.

Heat barbecue/grill (or pan) until hot. Brush pork with a little oil, cook for about 5–8 mins or until cooked through.

Serve with sweet chilli or peanut satay sauce and cucumber.
